Lisa talks about the pleasure of getting outside in the nice weather
While the weather is nice, it is a wonderful time to be able to take care of ourselves and get outside.
This doesn’t need to be a run/jog or an all-day activity. Simply being able to go outside for 10 minutes, and spend time either soaking up vitamin D, listening to the birds, taking a walk down to the beach, or spending time in the woods looking up at the trees, are all ways in which we can have some time to ourselves, relax and just be.
You may be a person who enjoys a picnic, or gardening, thinking about the air in which you breathe. It is personal to you and is something which energises you rather than diminishes your energy and becomes a chore.
Take some time today or over the weekend and just spend 10 minutes outside and see what energises you and makes you feel less stressed and more calm.
