VOLUNTEER FOR CARA
Volunteers play a key role in CARA’s work. We currently have a dedicated team of over 20 volunteers, who work in a range of roles including as counsellors, advocates, administrators and fundraisers.

DONATE TO CARA
You can make a one-off or regular donation through Just Giving or direct to CARA (contact helen@caraessex.org.uk for further details), or you can send a cheque payable to CARA to Mailbox 302, Communictions House, 9 St John's Street Colchester CO2 7NN.
FUNDRAISE FOR CARA
We welcome anyone who wants to fundraise for CARA, and will support your fundraising if we can – we can provide collection boxes and buckets if you need them, and we will publicise fundraising events through our website Newsfeed and our social media feeds.

GIFT AID
If you are a UK tax payer and you Gift Aid your donation, CARA can reclaim tax on your donation – increasing the value of every £1 you donate to £1.25 for CARA. For cheque donations, just fill in our Gift Aid form and send it to us with your cheque. For online donations, Just Giving is authorised to collect gift aid on our behalf, so all you need to do is select the Gift Aid option as you donate.
