Sam says; "Amongst numerous 10k races I aim to complete this year I have also set myself the target of completing two half marathons (Brighton 26th Feb 2017 & Colchester 12th March 2017) and one full marathon. The full marathon will be my FIRST and is in Amsterdam on the 15th October 2017. I would like to raise money for a local charity CARA (Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse). CARA is a registered charity providing independent, specialist support to victims and survivors of any kind of sexual violence.  Please donate as little or as much as you can spare. Thank you".
