Anita suggests keeping a bullet journal as a planner to detail your habits

 

Bullet journals are a great way to gain a fuller insight into recognising when you need to increase or reduce something in your life.   They are relatively inexpensive – all you need is a notebook and pen.  Tracking can be done over the course of a day or week, month or year.

Here are some ideas:

 

- Mood                                                 - Finance and spending

- Self care                                           - Gratitude

- Sleep                                                 - Food/ Eating

- Fitness.                                             - Personal development

 

Enhance your journal by being creative and using colour or collage.

Journaling can reduce stress and improves memory whilst promoting self-awareness and mindfulness.
